Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is a Hollywood writer and actor that has won critical acclaim for her skills. Sagittarius by birth, Julianne Moore was born on December 3, 1960 in North Carolina. She's the eldest of three siblings who were born in the home of Peter Moore Smith, a paratrooper and Anne psychologist. The Moore family is English, Scottish and of mixed descent.
